A club the size of the St. Francis Soccer Club presents an enormous work load. To improve your child's club, please call the Club voice-mail number at (317) 783-8849 and volunteer for one of the following positions.
COACH: Because club membership grows tremendously each year, the Club is always searching for more coaches. The Club recommends that each coach attend the free coaching clinic sponsored by the Indiana Youth Soccer Association (IYSA). This course is taught by a nationally licensed state staff coach. ASSISTANT COACH: Assistant coaches help run practice sessions, send in game substitutions and fill in whenever the coach cannot be there.
AGE-GROUP COORDINATOR: When registration forms arrive, the age-group coordinator assists the Recreational League Coordinator in placing children on individual teams.
FIELD MAINTENANCE: Volunteers are needed to help with trimming grass, repairing recreational fields, emptying trash barrels, goal maintenance, lining the fields for games and other necessary tasks.
EQUIPMENT MAINTENANCE: Field equipment includes a mower, a wing mower and power lining machines. Volunteers are needed to service this equipment.
CONCESSION DUTY INFORMANT: Need one person. Responsible for calling the coaches to remind them to have a parent work the concession stand during their assigned time on the following weekend. Suggested to call the Sunday prior to the games so the coach has an opportunity to ask the parent during their practice that week. 8 concession stand positions need to be supported each weekend
FUND-RAISING COORDINATOR: This person is responsible for distributing and collecting all fund raising products and materials to and from club members.

- making sure there storage facility is prepared to receive the product
- distribute the product
- collect the money
- work with Century Resources Inc. to make sure everything is covered
FUNDRAISER ASSISTANT: 2 ~ 3 people. Call the team parents that have not turned in their fundraiser information. Assist on distributing the product after it has arrived.
RECREATIONAL LEAGUE VOLUNTEER COORDINATOR: The recreational league volunteer coordinator keeps the concession area staffed on game days, and schedules volunteers for summer tournaments and other events.
MARKETING COORDINATOR: The marketing coordinator oversees the placing of advertisements in local newspapers and St. Francis Hospital & Health Centers' publications. He or she also submits registration information to local schools.
TEAM-PICTURE COORDINATOR: This coordinator schedules a date for team pictures with a photographer and then distributes all materials pertaining to team pictures.
